I went there knowing what I wanted and got exactly that. Got a cheap used car there, under 3k, spend $500 on additional repairs and, did put some heavy miles on it over the next 3 years. Then sold it for 2.5k.
I had a very strong brand preference towards Volkwagen before my encounters with this dealership, however; that has been tarnished by my terrible experience at the new trend motors.
After I handed them my deposit, they stopped doing their job. I was unable to drive the new car that I had purchased, had already started making monthly payments on, and at I was making insurance payments on, for over 2 weeks because of their lack of organization and sheer disconcern for me as a customer.
Dragon, the salesman, and Dana the office worker, took no responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their end. It was an overwhelmingly disappointing experience because of the poor business manner at this dealership.
I conveniently did not receive the survey that all Volkswagen customers are supposed to get after making a purchase.
I strongly discourage anyone in the market to purchase an automobile from working with this dealership.
Horrible customer service, even worse service department. I was told that as part of my purchase, the first 5 oil changes were free. No. The service writer had no problem explaining that the salesmen lie about free services all the time, but did honor the first. The mechanic left a tool in my hood, breaking the latch, so it had to go back. During that repair, they lost half the bolts for the engine shield and used double sided tape. I went over a speed bump the next day and tore it off the car. Their response? "Prove we did it." Waranteed headlights were improperly installed and the lock bolt was stripped--again "prove it," along with breaking the hood release under the dash. I had to bring it in for recall work and received a $2800 repair estimate for repairs that my vehicle "absolutely needed, or I was either going to kill myself or someone else." I'm a mechanic, but was not allowed to see the problems. Stay away. Stay very far away.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received from Trend Motors.... I made a "good faith refundable deposit" on a car I was considering and after finding something else, I've been getting the run around trying to get my deposit refunded for two weeks. My paperwork has been "misplaced" twice, and now apparently I am waiting for their backed up billing department to process the refund. Funny how it only took about 30 seconds to process the deposit, but it takes over two weeks to get it refunded. Buyer beware. My salesman was great, but this fiasco after the fact sure is not......
