We had a new Kitchen Dishwasher installed last week by Pfister & Sons. The service guy not only installed the dishwasher but went above and beyond the normal call. He hard plumbed the washer in place which he said decreased the chances of a catastrophic rubber hose failure at some later date. He also noticed a problem with our P-trap and told me if I got the parts he would fix it while he was there. I ran up to the hardware store, got the parts, and he installed them at no extra charge. He was on time, did a job above and beyond the call. I will certainly add Pfister & Sons to the short list of companies I want to work in our home!
