Either by phone or email you get great service from this company! My emails were answered promptly and my calls were answered in person, no message machines or automated services - LIVE PEOPLE, WOW! I needed transportation for a Wedding and Lora was able give me advice on what sort of transportation would work for me. We used a MINI-COACH for 29 passengers and it worked out great. We were all able to get to the church, pictures and reception together and in a fun way! I was able to walk on to the bus without messing up my dress. We had a great day a wonderful driver and an overall great experience. Two thumbs up for this Bride in the Quad Cities!
