They aren't upfront with their policy they don't take back couches. Their customer satisfaction is wrong. Most places give you 30 days to see if you like it but not them. You are stuck with it, if you don't like it. I won't ever get anything from them again.

This store has become our "Go To" store for furniture! They treat you incredibly well, will go to great lengths to ensure your happiness and will help you out at every turn. They carry top quality furniture such as Broyhill and are able to order any item in any of the available manufacturers fabrics to help you create a one of a kind piece of furniture for your home. Of course, the part that is especially wonderful about this store is that they do this at a tremendously better price than their competitors. Do your looking around anywhere, but do your buying here.

We have purchased several items from Dan Vinar's store and have recommended it to family members that have also purchased items from them. Do your "looking" wherever you want to, but don't buy anything without checking this store before making your actual purchase. Chances are they will have the same items found at the higher priced store at a far better price. One item we purchased was a lovely Broyhill chair that they were able to order for me in the exact fabric that I wanted. It was well worth the wait as the chair is comfortable but most importantly in a unique fabric that no one else has. This store is now our "Go To" site for furniture. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy.
