Established in 1992, Rock Hill's City Hall is operated by the city government of Rock Hill in South Carolina. Incorporated in 1892, Rock Hill has a population of more than 60,000 and is spread over an area of approximately 30 square miles. The city operates through finance, fire, police, utilities, development services and public affairs departments. Its economic and urban development department is responsible for adopting strategies to attract businesses, residents, visitors and new investments in the city. Rock Hill s housing and neighborhood services department assists in creating partnerships between neighborhood residents, businesses and the city government.
