I would give this place negative stars if I could.



The doctors and office staff were fine. However, my headache came about 8 months AFTER my appointment when I had to deal with the billing department.



Apparently my insurance company took back some of the payment that they provided for this appointment. I was notified by the billing department via a mailed statement. Within 2 weeks they started calling me. I guess I didn’t pay fast enough.



I paid the bill within a month of originally receiving the initial statement. I sent them an email (because I was unable to call during business hours) letting them know the payment was in the mail and asked them to stop calling me. The email response I got was something like - Our records show we only called you once! - They actually called twice but, regardless, even if it was only once so what? I am simply asking you not to call anymore; I didn't say you called a hundred times or anything.



Shortly after I received another bill for a different, increased amount. Within nine days of receiving that second bill I then received a Final Notice Warning threatening to be turned over to a collection agency! Yes, only nine days after notifying me of this new amount due they were ready to turn me over to collections! Ridiculous!



I emailed them but they apparently do not see the inappropriateness in this. I was told it is based on my appointment date and not the date that they actually billed me.



So if you do go here just hope you do not have to deal with the billing department.
