Horrible service. My mower is back to the shop for the 5th time for the same problem. There is no way they tested it to see if they fixed the problem before the returned the mower. If they did and still had the same issue, they need to find another line of work. BEWARE of this business. Don't expect timely and/or accurate response to your service needs.
