Today while having dinner with my mother in law at El Cancun my 10 month old was a little fussy. So I sarcastically told him to calm down because he is ‘disturbing the peace’ my mother in law tells me “he’s just a baby”. I tell her about the story that happen at Luke’s a couple of months ago when the lady assaulted the guy because he said her baby was crying too much. While we were eating our food a WHITE lady came to our table and bent down to talk to my son (We’re use to that because someone is always talking to him and playing with him.) So I’m just sitting there smiling and listening and this BITCH (excuse my language) is gonna say. “Hey! Little fellow you know there is a lot of nice people in here trying to enjoy their food and you’re making a lot of noise and that’s being very rude”. After a altercation with the lady the manager told my mother in law that he was going to call the police on her. We tried to have a calm conversation with the manager and he said the woman SAID that she did nothing wrong she was just having a talk with the baby. I asked him why did he feel the need to get her side of the story but not ours and he couldn’t give me an explanation. I told him that me and my rude baby will never be back there and he shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care. El Cancun will never get another dime of my money!

been going there for seven years. took out of town company there,first time we had poor service, very long wait for food,food came back warm and veggies were not done. always ordered fajitas. should be sizzling. ate the warm food, as we didnt want to wait longer. did not look for a freebie,but told cashier about concern,and he really didnt care. last time at el cancun!!! charandas from now on

I prefer Tequila down the street but decided to try El Cancun. Tried it twice, not going back. The chicken was dry, service unattentive.
