I was so pleased with the work. When I went to talk to Scott he knew exactly what I wanted. Came out 2 days after picking out flooring and measured. Next week the floor was installed. The installers were very friendly and took great care of our furniture when moving. The pricing was very good for the quality of flooring we received. I would highly reccommend this store and will use again.

I have used jacksons many times and NEVER had one problem! Always on time and the work is outstanding! And the price is the best around

I am a landlord, if you install your own carpet this is the place to go. They have a TON of big room-size remnants dirt cheap. I always check here first to see if they've got a remnant I can use on a project.

Don't waste your time. The owner gave me three different excuses on three different days for why he couldn't have my carpet installed that week. They never called to cancel the appointment, they just did not show up. This was my worst experience with a merchant - ever!Lisa
