this company uses a bait and switch type of sale process you think you are looking at modulars and then they tell you why you should let them build you a site built home for the same money ,if thats true why do they try and lure you in and talk negative about modular homes that they are displaying .if you want a site built look at site built dont look at modular homes and think the site built homes are the same .
