I love this store!! I believe they changed to new management and the owner is very nice and helpful and so is the workers.

The business sold my dress (that I paid $170 for, claiming I owed money on alterations) and refused to refund my money. They stated that they held it too long and that I owed an alteration fee when it had never actually been altered. When asked for proof that the dress had actually been altered their only reply was "Well we can't actually remember if it was altered or not”. They based their validity on a quote given after the first fitting but the amount was not suppose to be established until after the second fitting. My friends’ dresses only had pins in them when they picked up their dresses because the wedding had been postponed to a later date. They said they notified me of the dress going to stock, however, upon request of proof (a copy of the letter or date in which it was sent) they could not find anything. They sold my dress for 100 dollars and all in all made a profit of at least 170 since their alterations probably included taking the pins out of the dress after my first fitting. Wow, I didn't realize pins cost 76 dollars. I bought several dresses from this company including my own bridal gown but I will never step foot in this building again. Buyers BEWARE!

My experience at Bridal And Formal Gallery was very bad from the moment I walked through the door. One of the employees gave me a very rude look as she assessed my appearance. I was wearing a pair of jean shorts and a Short sleeve t shirt because it was very hot outside and the way she looked at me made me feel as though I had murdered someone. She would not even help me she made another employee come help me. The sales lady who did come to help me ended up being very pushy. I had told her that it was my first day looking at dresses. I was not ready to make a decision that day I just wanted to try on a few different styles to see what kind I liked on myself. I ended up trying on about 5 or 6 differnt dresses. I didnt feel like I was given enough time to really look over each dress after i put it on. I did find one dress that I absolutely loved. When I found that dress I asked if I could see it with a veil. The saleslady told me no because a veil would not look right with that dress. I was absolutely shocked in hearing that considering in my religion and culture it is customary to wear a veil with a blusher to cover your face as you walk down the isle. When I asked about a tiarra she also refused to let me try one. I do not think a salesperson should make those decisions for me. Its my wedding...not hers. She can wear what she wants to hers and I can wear what I want to mine. I am very dissatified with the service i revcieved.
