These people are TOTALY incompetent. My husband has had 4 different issues ranging from a possible heart attack to needing a hernia repair referral. ALL of which I have had to go track them down repeatedly and complain to get them to do their job....or even let us know what was going on (test results, make referral appointments, etc... ) If I hadn't been on top of them, we'd probably still be waiting. Try to get a prescription for heart medication refilled. Just that took over a week to get called in to the pharmacy. Simply ridiculous....and DANGEROUS.
