Sucks wait in on waiting room for 45 minutes then they bring you to the next waiting room for another 45 minutes just for a drug test then they take 2 people that came after me wtf

What a great experience, start to finish! The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and registered me promptly, even though I chose to come at a very busy time. Although I had a little wait (15 min), not having an appointment I felt that was pretty quick. My DOT physical was efficient and the instruction I received with regard to my paperwork was very clear. Thank goodness they told me that I needed to bring my medical certificate to the DMV or I would have assumed that they were going to! I will also recommend their Urgent Care services as I saw a very ill woman treated quickly and with much care. Thank you! I'll be back!

The D.O.T. Medical certificate exam is ludicrous!! After waiting for 45 minutes and additional 20 minutes in a exam room I was exasperated with the doctor that exam-ed me. The doctor finally issued the certificate and the staff at the front desk said they would fax the form to the Department of Motor vehicles certification unit. THEY NEVER DID!! I received notification

from the DMV that they would de-classify my CDL unless I supply the updated certificate! This place needs to be put out of business!!!!!

I refuse to believe that the employees at WorkFit are not high out of their minds. There is no possible way that a group a sober people can be this disorganized. I'd request that they all partake in the drug testing services that they provide, but from past experience I'd imagine that process would take at least a decade.

The first time I went to workfit for testing for a new job, the staff lost my driver's license and I was there for nearly 3 hours until it was finally found in a nurse's supply closet (who knows how it ended up there). Every other time I have gone there, I've had to wait quite a long time (like 45min-1hour just to get a PPD test). Even to get a PPD test read which literally requires a nurse looking at my arm apparently requires a 30-45 min wait. Ridiculous if you ask me. I work in the medical field and have worked at several medical offices and this is just very poorly run. If I wasn't forced to go here for employee testing I would never come back.
