Bottom line, Upstate did a fantastic job with the installation of my kitchen countertops. Art and Jay, the owners, did the job as promised, on time and at a price lower than any of the other granite shops in town. Don't be fooled by the lack of showroom appeal, the granite selection is great, and Art did an amazing job with the templates along with the undermounted sink and cutout for the faucet. In addition, the seams are nearly undetectible. I am extremely particular and demand perfection and they delivered. I never waste my time writing a review unless I am either extremely disappointed or extremely pleased and Art and Jay exceeded my every expectation. I would recommend them to anyone.
