Its a month since I sent them money and nothing has happened. I was told it would take three weeks to get a tittle and they have not even sent me the paper work to start the process but have no problem taking your money. You call the person they hand you of too and she will not return your phone call so you call the tittleman who gives you one excuse after another on how busy she is and promises she will call but that never happens. YOUR ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORK FOR YOU 'BEWARE'.

After several months with no results, i decided to take my business elsewhere. Since notifying "the title man" of my plans, I've yet to receive a refund or the documents I sent. He keeps trying to push off the case to his lacky who never returns calls. I've reported this business to the BBB and it appears they have gotten no response from them either. I am considering taking legal action against place. Beware of the Titleman!



I started trying to get a car title in Feb 2011. The titleless vehicle is what i could afford at the time. It is now Aug 2011 and I still have no title. Their communication is very poor. The person they have working on my title, hardly ever returns calls. When I finally talk to her its the same song and dance, "I am going to the DMV in the morning with your information and I'll call you tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and I don't hear anything from her till the week after, if I am lucky. The people at the Titleman are very nice, but nice only goes so far when you've been waiting 6 months for a paid service.
