PRIORITY PROCESS SERVICE Our most popular service designed especially for lawyers who need quick delivery. Once SPI receives the legal documents you’re looking to have served, we will make our first attempt within the same day the documents are received (next day if documents are received after 11 AM) and up to four additional attempts within 9 days. IMMEDIATE PROCESS SERVICE When you absolutely need service completed instantaneously, Immediate Service is your solution. Once SPI receives the legal documents you’re looking to have served, we will make our first attempt within 4 hours and up to four additional attempts within 6 days. NATIONWIDE PROCESS SERVICE For service in other states SPI has developed relationships with over 1200 NAPPS members who share the same passion of providing quality of service at an affordable price. DOCUMENT SERVICE As a full-service provider, SPI can issue your citations or subpoenas for both State and Federal cases at your request. You have the option to complete our online Subpoena Preparation Request form through your secure log in and upload your notice or exhibits if required. We will provide the appropriate witness fees, prepare your subpoena, attempt service per your request and notify you by email upon completion. You can also send the required information or notices by fax, or e-mail. COURT FILING SERVICE Need quick delivery of crucial filings to the court, SPI provides court filing services in Monroe, Ontario, Livingston and Wayne counties for State and Federal courts as needed. We will complete the process including obtaining judge sign off if required. DOCUMENT RECOVERY Eliminate the burden of record retrieval and reduce your costs by using our document recovery services.
