Jeff seemed very experienced and knowledgeable of the market. He was always available when I needed him whether it be a question/concern.

Worst experience ever. Jeff is all about Jeff, sent me a daily email about how great he is and yet had wrong contact info. Neither Jeff or anyone from his agency came to any showings. The whole "if it doesn't sell I will buy it " is a bunch a garbage, sure he will buy it at about 70 cents on the dollar or less and get his commission as well. Would not recommend him to anyone I know.

I bought a house in 2012 where Jeff Scofield was one of the real estate agents involved. His faied to disclose a serious condition and provided an information that was not existed. In this case, I believe that he is either lacking of professionalism or not being ethical, which may result in a $20,000 loss for me. I definitely will never recommend him to anyone as a real estate agent.
