Provided by YP.comThe ladies at Bridal Belle have been nothing but amazing throughout my wedding plans! They have gone above an beyond to make sure every dress was perfect. I found their prices competitive with local stores. My bridal gown was altered to perfection and I even received discounts on my accessories! If you can ask for Jennifer, she is the best!

Provided by YP.comIf I could rate this place a zero I would. We had 3 out of the 6 bridesmaid dresses break halfway through the night of the wedding. One of which the zipper was frayed and cost the bride to miss her pictures with the wedding party and focus on trying everything in her power to fix the dress, so that the bridesmaid could actually be in the wedding.
When we called about all the issues we had, and explained that half of us had to change into normal clothes ultimately. The manager explained that it was "out of her hands" and said here's the manufactures number. Please don't waste your money on an such an expensive dress that you can't even wear.

From the minute we walked into the store, our experience at the Bridal Belle was very unprofessional. My daughter and I went in to buy the selected bridesmaid dress as was requested by the bride. We were greeted with a very hurried and couldn't be bothered attitude from the sales associate. We asked to see the actual color of the dress and we were told we could look on line. At my persistence, she found one of the color swatches. My favorite part of the appointment was when the associate yelled across the entire room from behind her desk area and asked if we wanted to buy the jacket too. We asked to see the jacket as we didn't know there was a jacket. She went to find it and finally held one up from the 60% off sales rack. She gave my daughter the contract and asked for the deposit without going over the details listed. When I say we were given 11 minutes start to finish of this incredibly untrained associate's time, I am being generous. Alterations? No, we wouldn't want to impose.

My Daughter and fourteen others in the wedding party, including the bride all had to have alterations after they were measured weeks before. Bridal Bell wanted more money in order to correct the problem. With one week these women had no choice but pay for alterations that were already were supposed to be done. I rate them a 1. Dissatisfied Dad

Provided by YP.comAttentive friendly staff member helped us for over an hour, search for the perfect wedding dress. The staff member was competent, efficient, and focused on us entirely .anyone can tell you that finding the right dress is a major hurtle.perhaps that's why there was so much customer traffic !my guess is the seamstress may get overwhelmed at times.

Provided by YP.comI am the maid of honor in a wedding that just too place yesterday and I have to report our horrible bridesmaid experience! ALL of the girls (there were 5 so this is not a fluke) who were in the wedding had issues with their dresses that used the seamstress at Bridal Belle. First of all, they order your dress about two sizes too big so you HAVE to have your dress taken in. What kind of scam is this? We didn’t know it at the time, as we thought maybe the dresses run small. We all paid good money, $78 or more, to have our dresses hemmed and taken in. The first time you go to retrieve your dress, surprise, surprise they aren’t ready. Either they forgot to hem your dress or they forgot to take you in. When I went to pick my dress on after a second visit, the ladies were almost surprised that I wanted to try mine on and I’m glad I did! When I tried it on I found that my top was not taken in at all. It was like they had actually forgotten to take the dress in. The seamstress’ solution? Sew a button to my dress and my bra and snap me in! I told her I still felt uncomfortable, but they hustled me out the door. I should have stood my ground but at the time I felt like maybe I was making a big deal out of nothing. Fast forward to the day before the wedding with two bridesmaids who had just gotten in from out of town. They go to pick up their dresses and lo and behold they don’t fit. The tops again were way too loose. They fell completely off the girls’ bodies! Luckily, the “seamstress” was able to work on it the night before and the girls had to pick them up the day of the wedding. Are you kidding me? One girl was completely missing the snap at the back of the dress and we had to use a safety pin so her back wasn’t completely exposed! I ended up calling the store on the day of the wedding to complain on all of our behalf. Celeste, the manager DOES NOT take any responsibility. I explain that I am very unhappy, that the work was shoddy, that we all had issues. She does not apologize, reimburse or do anything a manager would normally do in this type of situation where the customer is unhappy. Instead she puts the blame on me telling me that we should have gone back a 3rd or 4th time to get my dress. Really lady? How about you do the work right the first time? I will never ever go back there again! My advice? STAY FAR AWAY from this place with the horrible quality dresses and customer service.

I called in advance to make an appointment and was told one wasn't necessary for a Sunday afternoon. When I went, the place was a zoo. I waited around for more than 30-40 minutes and was told it would be a bit longer. They don't have any wedding dresses out on display and when I asked if I could look at them while I waited, I was told they don't allow anyone to look at the dresses. After another 5 minutes, I left. The place was very small with only bridesmaid and mother's dresses on display. Also, there were men in the shop in eyeshot of where a woman was trying on dresses. Boy did he get an eyeful. It was very inappropriate.
