The employees in this store are extremely helpful. I use staples all the time to fax and make copies and the staff is always willing to help with a smile.

I felt like I was bullied into buying this printer, no wait I WAS bullied into buying the damn thing. And when it didn't work with my fax and I tried to bring it back, Staples did nothing for me but tell me to try to return it to the manufacturer who when I contacted them told me they have a "no refund" policy. i ended up returning to staples and buying the all-in-one I originally wanted before I was deboed into buying a more expensive one which was incompatible.
