Solid Surface matched a pre existing counter top and rectified all of the many issues related to the original install done eight years earlier. I would highly recommend them for any counter top needs.

Just had Solid Surfaces put in new counter tops and couldn't have had any better service. Right from the time we walked into the place and thru out the process they were the best customer service oriented company that I ever dealt with. The entire process took 4 weeks and I caused a weeks delay, they were ready to install before I was ready. A-ONE job, highly recommended.

Solid Surfaces has bitten off more than they can chew. They signed an agreement with Home Depot after already being the installer for Lowes in our area. They are unable to schedule work, keep product in stock and deliver on their committments. I bought a countertop on 21Apr11 from Lowes and was told by Solid Surfaces the earliest measurement was 15Jul11. After Lowes intervened with their Regional Manager, they then moved it up to 1Jun11 with an install date of 15Jun11. However; today (13Jun) they have called to tell me that they can't install the countertop as scheduled this Wed 15Jun11 because they are out of product to fabricate and it is on backorder. Really - it's suprise in Jun that you need the product to deliver a countertop purchased in Apr?? They also can't give an estimated date of when they will have product available.

WOW their showroom is amazing, the Granite is displayed beautifully, the were professional and friendly, the installation went off without a hitch, the installers were professional and VERY helpful, I can't say enough nice things about the company. You have to experience it to believe it.
