Review Extreme lack of communication they promised things then don't deliver they had me come back several times to sign papers that were neglected to have me sign when I was there not to mention I live an hour away. So 4 trips due to their error and THEY charged ME for transportation to MV for my registration. Go figure ..their word means nothing they say what you want to hear to seal the deal for example they gave me one price for my car for trade-in they come back the day im there to buy my car and offer me $500 less after guaranteeing me a certain amount that's just one of the problems ....they also informed me on several occasions that I would be receiving $80 back along with my registration which was part of the deal for me because I got less than what I wanted for my car so that was a dealbreaker for me then they came down the road and told me no I wasn't going to get $80 when I argued about it they agreed to give me 40 then when I call to arrange to pick up the registration they informed me that I would only get back less than $40 and they wouldn't give me my registration unless I agreed to sign title for my car that I traded which I didn't want to due to I didn't trust them. I give them no stars. They raise your interest rate at the last minute no matter how much you put down and rig their cars to work until you get out of the lot. I drove mine for less than 50 miles before the clutch blew out and shifting linkage fell off. This is after they said they fixed it after the test drive. They said they would fix it no problem but then wanted another $1000.
