Dr. Ronald Kirshner is Chief of Cardiac Services and Cardiothoracic (heart) Surgery at the Rochester Regional Health Sands-Constellation Heart Institute. A graduate of Temple University Medical School, Dr. Kirshner completed his internship and residency at University of Rochester Medical Center.
