AMAZING! This was my first root canal procedure and I must say that I was completely AMAZED! I was referred to this office by a general dentistry office. Upon researching the reviews I found them to be credable from the community's standpoint but I myself tend to have much higher expectations. From the moment I called on a Thursday looking for something ASAP the office staff was courteous and accomadating. I called on a Thursday they could get me in that Monday.Now I know this review may seem a bit lengthy but just bear with me it will be worth it !



This facility specializes in saving teeth through single visit root canal therapy so I had some concern about being able to make the full payment in one visit and once again they were more than accomadating.



They received a cancellation earlier in the day , the day of my appt, and as a courtesy called to let me know there were additional time slots if I preffered....(They are really on top of things here = )



When I walked in she greeted me with a "Hello, are you *******"...very personable I might add



The office was spotless the staff were punctual and attentive..The bathrrom was perfectly kept as well



The equipment was spotless and modern



The decor was very nice even down to the light covers in the procedure rooms (they had light covers with clouds on them to help relax patients)



I met with Dr. Patrick DeRose..a down to earth , practical, knowledgeable person, humourous also



Very caring and gentle...he made me feel at ease...



He explained things in terms I could understand based on my feedback

not assuming he needed to dumb it down



The procedue was a root canal on the my front left incisor #9 which can be fairly simple procedure except that my canal was "calcified"



He clearly pointed out distinctions on the xray and let me know what I could expect after treatment



I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN OR PRESSURE!



He played my selection of music during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable..



I ALMOST FELL ASLEEP - MY EYES WERE CLOSED FOR THE WHOLE PROCEDURE



The procedure took about 45 minutes



I was given a gift bag equipped with a customized metal barrel pen , customized toothbrush, toothpaste,floss, and mouth wash all in a plastic customized case



When I checked out I was given my receipt along with perscriptions and was given a perfect completion to my visit





I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!
