I needed 520 heat treated pallets, for an international shipment. My current pallet supplier informed me at 9:30pm, that they could not deliver on time the next day. I didn't know what to do, our whole year depended on getting that order out on time. Believe me when I say that my small company would have been "no more", if this shipment did not go out on time! I was beside myself w/ worry. At 10:30pm on my way home, I saw a white Pallet Express Truck going down rt390. So, I wrote down the tel# off the side of it and decided to call them in the morning. At 7:40am in a panic, I called thier office, was greeted by a human voice, I explained my needs and at 10:30am they had my heat treated pallets on my loading dock.
