The firm comprises of a network of companies that design, develop, manufacture and distribute optical solutions across the globe. Navitar Inc. s three divisions; Navitar Imaging Solutions, Navitar Projection Optics and Special Optics produce optical and electro-optical technologies. Navitar Imaging Solutions division designs and manufactures optics, opto-mechanical sub-assemblies and opto-electronic system solutions for machine vision, automation, assembly, imaging, testing, measuring and inspection. Navitar Projection Optics division produces stock and custom projection lenses for Liquid Crystal Display, DLP, 3-chip DLP, LCOS, D-ILA and SXRD projector. Special Optics designs and develops custom precision optical, laser optical and electro-optical solutions for medical, defense and security, semiconductor and commercial original equipment manufacturer markets.
