The Maplewood Family YMCA provides a range of social and recreational services and programs for children, families and communities. The organization offers opportunities for members to participate in a range of sports activities, such as football, soccer, tennis, basketball, and track and field. It administers several personal training programs. The Maplewood Family YMCA also conducts body conditioning, yoga, circuit training and swimming classes. The organization administers the SilverSneakers fitness program. It features a basketball court, indoor pool, and library and computer stations. The Maplewood Family YMCA is a part of the YMCA of Greater Rochester, which is a nonprofit, Christian-based organization.
