Really Good. Mr Sample found 2 issues for which we got bids for $13,241. We backed out of the deal because we did not have the money for it. Thank god he found it,we would have been screwed. Cant recommend him enough --Tim & Terry Thomson

Our insurance company ONLY accepted Mr. Samples report and not the 3 others we had gotten. He was so kind and unbelievably at the end, he would not accept payment becuase he just wanted to help us. We were not going to do an inspection because the home was only 6 years old, but decided to at the last second. We loved this place but Mr. Sample found a diplacement in the foundation which we later found out would cost $19,000 to fix. We could not have afforded that. Suprisingly he found quite a few things but the big one was the foundation which had been disquised. We backed out of this house and have since found another one. We had him do the inspection of course. At least nothing major going on. We would have been in serious trouble if Mr. Sample wasn't as good as he is. We feel very lucky to have found him, he was a life saver. Highly recommend him. Paul & Judy Finch

I am very thankful I found them. We are relocating and they take somany pictures and the report so detailed we felt we were right there. Mr. Sample called just after his inspection and walked us through his inspection. Got the report the next day, much more detailed than we thought it would be. He also sent over 100 pictures for us to see. The Radon test came in 2 days later. He called and gave results and then sent a letter. We like the fact he doesn't give referrals. Just had an inspection....outstanding. We didn't want to do it but my parents insisted on it. Even though we had been there 10 times, Marty found several things we did not notice and we got a 4k concession by the owner. Awesome! Was purchasing my first home and to save some $$ was not going to do a home inspection. A friend encouraged me to have one done and recommended M and M and so I called and booked inspection. So glad I did, the inspection was thorough and informative. Got a great report out of it also. Marty found problems that the owners had to fix before closing saving me big $$. Best $$ spent. .

Just bought my first home and had Marty do our home inspection. I was suprised how thorough he was and how much we learned. He really took time to walk us through things and my wife felt comfortable in moving ahead afterwards. There were issues with the home but at least he explained them so we fully understood what we were getting into. I checked around on pricing and he was very competitive with other companies, but was cheaper on Radon tests. We would highly recommend Marty, he was the only person we felt was totally on our side.
