      LaDieu Associates, P.C. was founded in 1952 by A. S. LaDieu and W. P. Eshbaugh as a Surveying, Engineering and Land Planning firm to serve the residential, commercial and institutional communities of Western New York. This small size company ( 18 people strong ) has been providing quality professional design and planning services for over 50 years. Being small allows personal service with steadfast commitment. In fact, most of our employees have been with the company for over 15 years. This means that the engineer who starts the project will be the same engineer to finish the project.
