General Info

I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in adolescents, individual, and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Rochester, NY. With over 10 years experience as a school counselor and a graduate of the College at Brockport, I specialize in cognitive therapy and currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.My approach to therapy is eclectic; it varies from client to client depending on the presenting issues. Every issue is treated with my unconditional positive regard and respect for the client's way of being in this world. Every client is guaranteed my personal investment in helping to reach their goals. I encourage people to look at all aspects of their life in order to solve problems. We are physical, emotional, behavioral, and social beings. We need to integrate all of these parts in order to find individual and satisfying solutions that work for us. With compassion, understanding and humor I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
