Home Leasing Corporation is a private company owned by the Nelson Leenhouts family. It is the parent company of several subsidiaries that were formed when Home Leasing resumed management responsibility for several properties that had previously been managed by Home Properties. Home Leasing Development manages the development of land in several local communities. It primarily oversees single-family residential lot development in the Gananda and Old Brookside ( Canandaigua ) communities. Home Leasing, LLC is focused on the management and development of affordable residential communities, both single and multi-family. We are currently managing apartment properties in Buffalo, Rochester and the Southern tier and are working on expanding into other parts of the state.
