On Oct 15, 2010 my friends and I went to Havali for dinner. I bought a gift certificate for them and the restaurant refused to take it. I cannot believe how rude the waiter was about the certificate but the hostess was even more rude about it. She it was not their policy to accept restaurant.com certificates and that she didnt care we were upset. If they were not accepting them, then they should not be available for purchase. Note I purchased this on October 12th. Because of their rudeness I will never go there again. Hopefully my poor experience there, will educate others on what to expect.

We have taken out from this restaurant several times. Food tastes fresh and good. The vegetarian samosas are particularly good and are served with 2 different chutneys. Staff are friendly.
