I recently used Harding's tow service on Christmas Eve when the alternator went in my car. We asked for the car to be towed to our usual garage and that the key be put in the drop box (which is right next to the door and very hard to miss). We left the car and got a ride to the rental company so that we could continue with our Christmas plans. About an hour later we got a call saying the car was picked up and that everything was fine. On December 26th (2 days later) we called the garage to see if the car would be ready to pick up when we got back into town. The garage said they couldn't look at it because they car was locked and there was no key in the drop box. We then called Harding's and asked where they key was. The person we spoke with said that the driver put the key in the cup holder and locked the car. That's my first complaint. We then had no other choice but to extend our car rental by a day because they did not put the key in the drop box. The car could have been repaired by

I have not used this towing service but after also being side swiped in the Monroe Community Hospital parking lot this evening I can guarantee I will NEVER use them. Two trucks working together (possibly a repo) loaded up a car & without regard for any other car in the lot forced their way out of the lot using the left turn lane to turn right forcing me to slam on my brakes and the three cars behind me. I honked my horn & truck number two forced his way (also in the left turn lane) turned right and sped away. So much for business standards & safety on the road. Think twice before calling this crew.

I would never reccomend using this towing service. The driver was rude and left me stranded. He did not appreciate being questioned as to the time given for service call of 55 minutes and it took him over 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. He then accused me of being rude to him ( far from the truth) and left me alone , at night in a very vacant area in the City of Rochester. This company is being contracted as a service proveider for GM. GM should think again before renewing their contract.
