And he took care of business and explained my options in a crystal clear fashion. I'm not some friend or drinking buddy pouring it on thick. I'm just stating the facts! Period!

I had to add 2 vehicles, 1 new vehicle, and my daughter to my insurance and she made the additions and the switch so easy. Answered all my questions with patience and expertise (and I ask a lot of questions). Vikki always called me back right away, worked swiftly and paid attention to every detail. Should have switched a long time ago!!
