Frank's came out and gave me the best estimate. They're work was pheominal. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship. You get what you pay for and I got way more for my money than those other Rochester waterproofing companies.

I called a couple different waterproofing companies and Franks was the only one that actually came out for an estimate. I ended up hiring them to fix a crack in my basement. The price was reasonable and the guys who did the work were extremely professional. Hoping not to have any more issues in my basement, but if I do I would definitely use them again.

This company just fixed my bowed block wall. All employees were fantastic. Very professional and picked up after themselves. More importantly the work was done on a time fashion and was amazing. Finally peace of mind for us. They even installed a back up sump pump for us. Love everything about this company,,,highly recommended.
