I wish I had something to say about this group but unfortunately after 3 weeks of trying to make an appointment with a Mr. Michael Knope, whose name I was given by a friend who had been to see him, I never received a return call either from him or his office. Apparently he does not need the business but I find someone who is in the business of helping people with grief and loss, that his totally disregard to help someone shows the true character of this person. I would not bother calling to make an appointment, I mean you can call just don't expect a return call.
