I purchased a car from Doan Pre-Auction outlet about a year ago and am not happy at all. The car lasted until one day past the dealer warranty before it began to have problems. It started with the cooling system, then went to the tires/rims, and the electrical system is now malfunctioning. All within the last none months. The salesman also lied quite bit about the gas mileage the car gets as well. All of this would be bad luck I guess, but they just had a tent event and I decided to take a car I liked for a test drive to my mechanic. Turns out that the car had sever rust damage in the undercarriage due to flood damage. One can tell this by the severe black mold that is uncommon in car undercarriage. Not only this but the bushings were going as well...and it was quite visible. The people at Doan are quite comfortable in selling sub-par used vehicles to unsuspecting buyers who have some good faith. Moral is Don't buy from Doan, any of them until they change their policies on used cars!

I wrote the only review but wish to retract it. It took them a while but came through for me. I would now reccomend them!

The Doan Preauction outlet was my worst auto buying experience ever. I had purchased two times previously at the Doan GMC dealership and it was great. At Preauction I was lied to and what I thought was a good deal was very poor one. They will not do what they say they will do and they do not care. They cost me a good ammount of money and much aggravation. I would strongly reccomend going to thier other three sites and stay away from Preauction.
