Our flight from Paris to Rome was cancelled while in Paris by the airlines and I was so nervous but Lynn took care of everything from Rochester during the middle of the night! What a relief! Lynn is the best travel agent. On a recent cruise she set up for us we had a problem with our dog sitter. She contacted us and went to our house and took our two dogs the vet for boarding. My girlfriend and I just traveled to the Dominican for a week long vacation at the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana. We had the most amazing time.
