Contracted with these people to replace part of concrete pad around pool last fall. When I got them back to repair the problems, they only made it worse. When I complained, I was told that I should have replaced ALL the concrete if I expected it to be done right, that it wasn't worth it for him to bother to come back and even look at the problems (funny how he never mentioned that as I was a writing a check for $6,000 last fall). Poor workmanship, but far worse is his attitude. Did I mention they broke into the pool area when I wasn't at home, by jumping the fence and damaging it? That they left a pile of transmission fluid in my driveway, and ruts in my yard? But he says I'm being "unreasonable" by asking him to make these problems right.

Very unprofessional. Our contract was for an in ground pool. The owner did not complete the contract and made threats over the phone to receive payment. Once he received his money he would not return our phone calls or complete his contractual obligations. We had to involve the Monroe County Sheriff's Office to obtain the remainder of the materials that we paid for and ended up losing our money paid for labor and hired someone else to finish.
