The vehicle I had purchased had been damaged in the service shop shortly after it had been pulled in to be cleaned and fueled up. It was a brand new 2016 model. After a week I was finally able to take it home, but this coming Monday it will have to go back in for the Ziebart product application.

My salesperson was Albert Taylor. He was a very nice gentleman. Since I was relatively particular as to what I wanted, he did his best to find close to what I wanted. They had to bring a vehicle out of PA.

Working with Tom Ciavarri was by far much better than any previous car purchases anywhere.

I recently purchased a 2015 Taurus Limited. In the past I have purchased a 2007, 2010 and 2013 F-150's. All have been purchased from Cortese and most have been purchased from Andrea Chapin. She is and will remain my "go to person" when purchasing any future vehicles. Any personnel I have had to deal with at Cortese from sales to service have been professional, friendly and courteous.
