She is and will remain my "go to person" when purchasing any future vehicles. Any personnel I have had to deal with at Cortese from sales to service have been professional, friendly and courteous. Greatest car buying experience

My experience was amazing. I have been to several other dealerships looking for a new vehicle, and left each one of the others due to their customer service with the sales reps. I worked with Dan Tucker at Cortese Ford. He was very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Dan took his time with me and explained all my questions. His customer service was THE BEST I have ever seen!! I am very pleased with Cortese Ford!!

I thoroughly enjoyed Andrea's and Steve's customer service. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were in the right product for the best value for what we were looking for. She even stayed late and came in on her day off to ensure we had the best experience. We never felt pressured or like we were an inconvience. She went above and beyond to deliver superior customer service as well as the follow up. She personalized the experience. Steve did a great job with the financing and answered any questions we had. He delivered great customer service as well!

I always go to Cortese ford because your service people are curteous and polite and your techs know there job and do excellent work on my 2011 ford escape I wouldn't go any where else . I live 50 miles from Cortese ,I only let the best people work on my SUV.
