I had done a lot of research before I came I so I knew exactly what I wanted. Cortese prices were very competitive and Andrea Chapin did not try to talk me into a more pricey vehicle. I was in a hurry when I picked up the vehicle the next day and the team worked very quickly to get me out the door. The only negative throughout the whole experience was that I had to immediately fill the gas tank when I left that day. But since I was in a hurry, it was understandable. Thank you for making the car buying experience less stressful and more fun and exciting (as it should be).

My experience with Donna Spofford has been, by far, the best I've had at ANY dealership. I never felt pressured into anything, like I wasn't getting the best deal, or that I was being taken advantage of because I was new to the process and didn't know any better. I will most certainly be continuing my business with Ford in the years to come.

The vehicle I had purchased had been damaged in the service shop shortly after it had been pulled in to be cleaned and fueled up. It was a brand new 2016 model. After a week I was finally able to take it home, but this coming Monday it will have to go back in for the Ziebart product application.

Working with Tom Ciavarri was by far much better than any previous car purchases anywhere.
