Sometimes life's problems become unmanageable and we need someone to help us navigate until we can once again find our way.Whether you are having difficulty in relationships, struggling to get up each day or feeling so nervous that you can't take care of life's daily activities the way you'd like to, counseling can help.I specialize in counseling individuals and couples coping with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, shopping addiction, sexual abuse, substance abuse issues, parenting problems and grief from all types of losses.I am especially well versed in helping those with grief from a loss which goes unacknowledged or is invalidated by family, friends and society in general. I believe losses are not something we get over, but something we can learn to live with.
