Simply put, Chen Gardens is the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to for the following reasons: 1. Consistently delicious food; 2. Excellent service which takes a backseat to none; 3. Warm, friendly and helpful staff who goes out of their way to make each meal seem special; 4. The prices on the menu are quite reasonable with gratuitous amount. Absolutely the best food! The portions are unbelievable, and the prices so reasonable. Great place to have a drink at a wonderful bar and/or bring the family. It is a neighborhood restaurant with a flair for food. YUMMMMMM

Best Chinese food I have ever had and it is consistent. The hot and sour soup is my favorite. The owners, Scott and Sam always recognize us and make sure everything is perfect.

Terrible take-out service and not too friendly to boot...

this is the best chinesse food that i have ever had. scott is terrific as well as sam. it is authentic food vs americanized chinesse food, i have moved to florida and there is not one that can hold a candle to chens' if there were 10 stars i would give it that.

The best Chinese restaurant in Rochester! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and an owner that takes the time to get to know each customer. All of that AND the most exquisite Chinese cuisine in Rochester!

We celebrated a birthday there yesterday (Saturday, March 17). We actually have had several parties there, with lots of people. We have always had a spectacular time. The food, atmosphere, everything was perfect. They are so friendly, eager to make every occasion "special". I have for years,and will continue, to recommend Chen Garden as "The place to go" Thanks so much!! Gwen
