The office is outdated and the front desk staff is very unprofessional. I've never experienced such non-chalant customer service ever...especially in what's supposed to be a "professional" setting. I could probably deal with the outdated office, but the unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially with so many other offices to choose from.
