Sharons earlier work had been with a severely and persistently mentally ill population (SPMI) individuals faced with some of lifes most difficult challenges. With her skilled, client-centered approach, Sharons clients have always enjoyed solid improvement in their overall sense of well-being, as well as significant progress toward their life goals and quality of life. it wasnt until I took an introductory course in hypnosis that I realized Id been using many of these methods already. When I started more purposefully applying just a few of the hypnotherapy techniques, my clients began to experience rapid progress in areas theyd struggled with for years! It was remarkable! After that, there was no turning back!
