I plow for them and we do a great job! I am an experienced plow operator and have plowed for them this season and we do a very good job. As with any plow service, there will be some latenesses during large storms when it snows 2 inches an hour and accumulations of a foot! We do not go home until ALL driveways are cleared but it is impossible to have everyone plowed at the same time. We have organized routes in which someone is 1st and someone is last on the route. We are out there trying to plow as fast as we can & 99% of our customers love us!! Unfortunately you will always have that small handfull of people that are not understanding enough to realize that its impossible to not experience minor delays when it snows 2 inches an hour. I answer to Pete and everyone else are subcontractors that help us out during larger storms. Alex, scott, oleg, and all others are not the owners and they should not be discredited by false customers who are competitors trying to make us look bad.
