they were extremely professional. they came in and did a FREE estimate and were really good about explaining my options. Once I told them what I wanted, they didn't try to sell me anything on top of it, they did make some awesome recommendations. Instead of replacing the hardwoods in certain rooms, they suggested a refinish and that did the trick. My floors are shining and look brand new. I would recommend them to ANYONE!
