As a tenant of Atlantic Property Management I know first hand how they have a poor way of dealing with tenants. Missing rent, meaning that the rent is paid but somehow the landlord doesn't receive it, and very poor service. It can take days or weeks for them to return a call to a tenant, if at all.They are far from the best in the area and I strongly suggest that any property owner seriously shop around before making a choice, or mistake by using these people.
