It also provides back-up service and mutual aid for New York s Monroe and Livingston county volunteer agencies. In addition, it works closely with local hospitals, long-term care facilities and other health care providers to provide high- quality care at an affordable cost to its community. Rural Metro s home care division is a fully-licensed home health care agency that coordinates services that provide patients with competent, compassionate caregivers that possess the appropriate skills and experience that assure quality care. Rural/Metro offers services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
