I have had insurance through these folks for years. They have always found me excellent rates. They review your policy every year to see if they can find you a better rate. I always carry full coverage, with a low deductible, and I pay about half as much as other people I know that have insurance coverage through another Insurance Agency. Another great thing about Lechapelle and Higgins is this; you are not assigned to a certain agent through the office. When you call them, for whatever you need, the agent that answers your phone call, takes care of your needs. You don't have to wait for days for an assigned agent to get to your needs. They help you on the spot. They are awesome and they really go to bat for you !!. I give them an A ++++ . I wouldn't even consider using another agency. They are great !!!
